The Academy Bistro showcases the culinary talents of Chef Jimmy Chok. This award-winning chef has years of experience in well-established restaurants such as Fig Leaf Restaurant and Bar, Coriander Leaf and Salt.
He is featured regularly in food and beverage magazines and has won numerous accolades at various competitions, including gold medals for the Electrolux Star Chef Competition (1998) and the Food Hotel Asia Hot Cooking (1996), to name a few. Since 2002, he has been asked to judge the new Asia cuisine cooking competition category for Food Hotel Asia.
